The Art of Decision Making

Welcome to our topic of the week! Since this is new, let me explain it real quick. In this edition of the newsletter, which will come every Wednesday, we're going to discuss what the topic means and why people struggle with it. Then, I'm going to give you a task until Sunday. Basically, it's going to be something like analyzing how you're dealing with the topic and if you are struggling.

The newsletter on Sunday will provide you with three solutions that you can directly implement into your life. I'm doing this because I noticed the newsletter on Sundays is just too long! And since we're on our phones 24/7, I wanted to change the newsletter in a way where I'm not disrupting your efficiency!

Why Do People Struggle with Decision Making?

  1. Fear of Judgment: All of us at some point have thought, "Oh, what are they going to say or think about me if I choose to do this?" This thought process often makes us hesitate or not even consider some options.

  2. Fear of the Unknown: Sometimes, we just don’t know if the grass is greener on the other side. So, the thought of making the wrong choice often terrifies people. They prefer sticking to things they know rather than venturing into the unknown.

  3. Decision Overload: Basically, this means having too many options and having a hard time picking one. It's easy for everyone to pick from 2 colors, but now pick from 25 – your decision will take longer.

Your Mission till Sunday
