The BlueprintBrief's - Hot Take !

The Epidemic of the Overly Optimized Lifestyle

Welcome to this new format of the BlueprintBrief. The goal of this fresh episode is to prompt you to think critically about emerging trends and movements on social media. Rather than simply adopting content into your life, take a moment to consider its benefits and how you can tailor it to fit your lifestyle.

The Perfect Routine Doesn’t Exist.

As you've probably noticed, there's an epidemic of influencers pushing the hustle lifestyle—the supposed perfect routine for success. It involves rising early, having a healthy breakfast, hustling all day, and repeating the same routine daily. While this may work for some, it's not suitable for everyone. Our research reveals that successful people have diverse routines. Some prefer to wake up later but stay up late, while others enjoy rising early but retiring early too. It's all about balance; remember, you're human, not a machine.

To make progress and work effectively, you need a plan that suits you. If you're less productive in the mornings but excel in the evening, structure your day accordingly. Listen to your body and needs, not an influencer telling you to wake up at dawn for a marathon. The most important thing is getting things done. If you're sleeping in but still achieving your goals, you're fine. Your routine needs to be perfect for you.
