Exercise

In every motivational TikTok, exercise is emphasized. It doesn't matter what kind of exercise you do; what matters is its intensity. There will be days you absolutely don't want to exercise, but especially on those days, push yourself. Doing so builds discipline, something admirable to all, including yourself. You develop a strong mindset and self-respect. True confidence comes from within, showing yourself you are as great as you believe.

Stand up for yourself

This entails expressing your thoughts even if some people might not share the same opinion as you. For example, you're talking about the things you want to accomplish, and people are saying it's not going to work because of x, y, z. What you need to do in that situation is not back down but stand up for yourself and use counterarguments. Or when someone is publicly belittling you, the best thing is to call it out. Demand respect in a situation like that. You need to be your biggest supporter. This does not mean being ignorant of criticism but rather standing up for the things you believe in and not tolerating disrespect.
